In an Omni-Channel Retail World the Frozen Food Court Works

Does your retail food brand have value?  If it has value, customer relevance, then you brand needs to be positioned where the consumer can get it.  Foodservice Solutions® Grocerant Guru® stated “the frozen food court is an avenue of distribution that can no longer be over looked by legacy restaurant brands”.
Consumers are dynamic not static and in our Omni-channel retail world brands must be on the ‘highway of consumer choice’ that highway evolves from time to time from the information super highway, too highway 101 when your brand loyal customer gets hunger you had better be there with branded messaging and product according to the team at Foodservice Solutions®

Today consumer no longer views his or her food choices as limited or even defined by channel boundaries. You can  get breakfast all day at McDonald’s, pick up ready-made sushi at Shop Rite, purchase dinner at Walgreens on the way home  from work, order delivery from Domino’s online, grab a late-night snack at Wawa, or  wait in line, wait for service, and leave a tip at your favorite restaurant.

However the brands do grow companies the ilk of California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizzas can be found at  local grocery stores, along with Tony Roma’s ribs & pulled meats cooked in sauce, Steak n Shake frozen Frisco melts & microwavable frozen milkshakes, Starbucks bagged coffee (along with bottled coffee and ice cream), TGI Friday’s frozen appetizers, and Marie Callendar’s frozen meat pies. There are shelf-stable Tony Roma’s barbecue & wings sauces, Taco Bell dinner kits, and some tentative steps towards “heat & eat” non-frozen restaurant branded foods.

The frozen food court once a single lane road has evolved and is in fact is a highway to your customers.  The lines of are not blurred to the consumer.  The consumer is dynamic not static and retailers must evolve their brand to fit onto the grocerant niche, the frozen food court, or wherever the customers wants.
