The underpinnings of change were evident at NAFAM where manufactures were clearly presenting products that enhanced value for the Ready-2-Eat and Heat-N-Eat fresh prepared food space aimed at grocery-deli’s,  c-stores, kiosks, fast casuals and QSRs and not at full service restaurants.
